As our products are made to order (print-on-demand), special return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Customers outside the EU
At this time, we only accept returns from customers within the EU. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process returns from other regions. We kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.
However, if your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers within the EU
We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU distance selling regulations, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

be in the same condition as when received

be unused

be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
