Shipping & Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Depending on where you are located, usually between 5-10 days within EU & USA. And 10-17 days to the rest of the world. In this way, we can reduce the climate impact and overproduction and result in almost zero material waste.

Please note: For deliveries outside the EU, import VAT, customs duties, or handling fees may apply.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Returns

Customers outside the EU:

Please note that we currently accept returns only from customers within the EU. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns from other regions at this time. So we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before ordering. However, if your product arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customers within the EU:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer pays for the return shipping cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Info@mikevystudio.com.

Materials & Product Safety

We responsibly source our premium products from China or manufacture them in the USA with globally sourced materials, before they reach our printing partners in both the EU and the USA. We ensure that all our products comply with strict EU standards and are made from lead- and BPA-free materials, ensuring your safety and peace of mind with every sip. 

All our products comply with EU standards and the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). In accordance with the GPSR, Mikevy Studio ensures that all consumer products offered are safe and meet all applicable EU safety requirements.
